Axton Salim

Director

Mr. Salim, 39, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the AGM in 2009, and re-elected in 2012 and 2015. He heads the Dairy Division and Corporate Marketing Division, as well as oversees the Beverages Division. Mr. Salim is concurrently the Director of Indofood (2009-present), Non-Executive Director of IndoAgri (2007-present) and Gallant Venture Ltd. (2014-present), and Commissioner of LSIP (2009-present) and SIMP (2007-present). He also serves as Global Co-Chair of the Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Business Advisory Group (2014-present) and Director of Art Photography Centre Ltd. (2016-present). He was previously appointed as Assistant CEO of Indofood (2007-2009) and Brand Manager for PT Indofood Fritolay Makmur (2004-2007).

Mr. Salim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, USA in 2002. In 2017, he participated in various training programs, workshops and seminars, including a one-year program entitled “Innovative Dynamic Education and Action for Sustainability (IDEAS) 6.0” that began in September 2017.

He is related to Mr. Anthoni Salim, the President Director of the Company, and Mr. Franciscus Welirang, the President Commissioner of the Company, and is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
